About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Informatica Customer 360 Cloud MDM Expert to join our global client’s data transformation team. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring, customizing, and optimizing MDM solutions to ensure enterprise-wide data accuracy, consistency, and integration. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and developers to deliver high-performing, cloud-native Informatica MDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Informatica Customer 360 and/or Reference 360 (C360/R360) modules.
• Build match/merge rules, business entities, and data models for MDM.
• Develop CAI mappings and process objects to support end-to-end data ingestion and integration workflows.
• Integrate MDM with various systems using REST/SOAP APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Ensure master data quality, governance, and stewardship by aligning with business rules and standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align MDM solutions with strategic goals.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, handover notes, and support materials.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–10 years of overall experience in Data Management, with a strong focus on Informatica MDM.
• Proven hands-on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS (cloud-native) and Customer Data Integration (CDI).
• Proficiency in building CAI mappings, process objects, and business rules within Informatica.
• Solid understanding of master data modeling, data quality management, and integration techniques.
• Strong command of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Exposure to Java is a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain is an advantage.
